Project Overview
Jidoka ESS (Employee Self-Service) is a cross-platform mobile application developed at PT Jidoka System Indonesia to simplify employee management and digitize everyday HR operations.
Built with Flutter for Android and iOS, the application provides employees with convenient access to essential HR services, including attendance tracking, leave requests, approval workflows, and employee information.
The application integrates with Odoo ERP, connecting mobile functionality with existing HR and payroll processes.
The Challenge
Managing employee activities across different departments requires reliable access to HR information and well-structured approval processes.
The main challenge was translating complex HR workflows into a mobile experience that remained intuitive, responsive, and reliable while maintaining consistent communication with the existing ERP system.

Development Approach
I worked with Flutter to develop a consistent cross-platform mobile experience from a shared codebase.
The application communicated with Odoo ERP through backend integrations, supporting employee information, attendance records, leave management, and approval processes.
